  • Designed the core architecture in TypeScript, Python and React, with quantized models to keep inference fast and affordable.
  • Built the cloud infrastructure and security operations from nothing, on Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hired and grew the engineering team, and set up integrations with AI platforms, SaaS vendors and API providers.

Plasma SDKsLed teams delivering cryptographic SDKs across five languages and a next-gen web wallet.
  • Led the engineering team porting and redesigning cryptographic SDKs from Scala to Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Rust, and Dart, maintaining strict cross-platform parity and security standards.
  • Led the development and architectural overhaul of the next-generation Flutter web wallet.
  • Coordinated work and sprint delivery across distributed internal teams and external contractors.

  • Led the migration of large-scale legacy C# Windows Mobile shipping & logistics applications used by field teams across major European ports to a modern, cross-platform Flutter stack.
  • Integrated the platform with modern maritime tracking tools, hardware barcode scanners, and enterprise backends without disrupting active port operations.
